| She was born in 1960. She graduated from the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Science, Ege University in 1984, İzmir, Turkey. She started her first paintings in 1980 at Aysel Çırpanlı’s workshop. She has gained the present spirit and technique of her works from Ali Rıza Kırkan’s practical courses which have been organized by Hürriyet’s Women’s Club in 1993.
During these courses, in her soul she has felt the necessity of aesthetics and artistic philosophy in painting. She has used the acrylic, oil painting and mainly watercolor techniques in her works.
She has participated in collective exhibitions since 1995. One of her watercolor paintings was elected by İzmir Anatolian High School Board and this was considered worth printing as a greeting card.
