| She was born on February 11, 1954, in İzmir, Turkey. She is a graduate of A.C.I. (American Collegiate Institute) and The School of economics Faculty of Ege University, İzmir-Turkey. She still works fondly as a teacher.
She has dealt with various art branches such as fabric painting, ceramics and some other creative artistic areas. Searching for self-realization and expression, she began painting in 1995. From then on, she has studied and practiced painting with guidance of several esteemed teachers.
Since 1997-1998 she has been working at intervals of Ali Rıza Kırkan’ classes, whom she admires much and has been enlightened by his knowledge.
She has participated in several collective exhibitions. She is continuing her works in “Renk Group”.
Her techniques of painting are oil, acrylic and especially watercolor.
Her philosophy in art is to detect the spirit of emotions, rather in an inventive mood and transform them into expressions by using the spectrum of colors with strokes and patches of space.
Her aim is to express the “facets” of “affection” and share the magic with the ones who are impressed by fine arts.
